Thank you for choosing Big Country! We appreciate that shopping online can be tricky. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as pain-free as possible. In the case where you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with more assistance so that we can get the right product to you.

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please begin your return by calling the customer service number above. This will allow you to access your order and begin the return process. Once your information is submitted to us, we will review it and send an e-mail confirmation with your return authorization number .
  • All other scenarios are handled on a case by case basis, we will always do our best to help our customers. As for a mistake made on our part, we will cover the costs to fix it.
  • For orders returned past the 30-day point of purchase, items can be returned for store credit only. NO refunds will be issued.
  • Orders returned without an approved authorization number will NOT be accepted.


All orders must be returned with the following information: Full Name,Return Authorization Number, Items Wanted in Exchange with Sizing

 A refund in the form and amount of the original invoice amount (including sales tax) will be returned to the original credit card used or a BCG Merchandise Credit good for one year, upon meeting the following conditions:

1-The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the packing slip or on the item’s product page.

2-the merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer’s defect; and

3-the merchandise must be accompanied by either the original packing slip or order number 

Note: Where applicable, merchandise tags must remain attached

 It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original shipping box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow seven to ten business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 Always remember that with Big Country shipping is free and it works the same way coming back when returning something that was our fault. Once we receive and process your return or exchange, we will email you a tracking label to place on your package to return it to our warehouse. We will continue to work with you if you are still interested in receiving a different piece of apparel! 


Always remember that with Big Country standard shipping is free! Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via UPS will go out same day if the order is placed prior to 10:00 a.m. EST any orders after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the following day. If there are increased handling and shipping, orders may take longer to ship out in rare occasions. Please allow at least 24 hours for shipping.


Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.


You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to “Place Order”. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we’ve charged your credit card.

If you find something that’s not quite right with your purchase, just return the item to us—up to twelve months later—and we’ll replace it for you, no questions asked. We’ll even pay the postage. That’s it. No fine print, just high quality clothing. That’s the Big Country commitment to quality.


Should any Big Country product develop a problem due to a defect in manufacturing for a period of up to one year after purchase, please return the product to:

along with a brief note outlining the problem and its location on the garment.

Please also include a copy of the credit card receipt, online sales order confirmation, etc. showing the date of purchase as well as your name, mailing address, daytime phone number and email address. The Assurance Guarantee covers Big Country items up to one full year after purchase, from either the Big Country online store or any Big Country Retail Partner.

The decision to replace any product is at the sole discretion of Big Country Golf, LLC. Should a product be approved for replacement, it will be returned to the customer at no charge, including postage.
